The Exodus Recovery Skills (ERS) Programme (developed by Project Exodus) is a cutting-edge outpatient curriculum that has been informed by decades of treatment expertise and experience.
It is a comprehensive Psycho-educational primary care level treatment program of 4 months duration for people in recovery from addiction and incorporates teaching, training, group work and reflective tasking.
The program covers numerous recovery and life-skill related topics, empowering participants with the knowledge, attitude and skills required for meaningful, sustainable recovery.

ERS process:
- Make enquiry about the program
- Online or in-person screening and assessment interview
- Intake forms completed
- Join level one (12 modules)
- Continue to Level two (9 modules)
