Being part of a recovery community is an essential part of the recovery process for both addicts and their loved-ones and has proven to significantly contribute to sustainable rehabilitation outcomes. Recovery groups help to develop a new set of principles and core beliefs which sustain a positive recovery lifestyle, and increasing feelings of belonging and security and reinforcing the culture of recovery through social learning.

Individuals with similar life experiences deliver informational and emotional support; providing empathy, giving encouragement and building hope. The sharing of knowledge, skills and resources equips and empowers group members to not only prevent relapse, but also reach their full potential.

Both addicts seeking recovery and those supporting loved ones who are in active addiction or already in recovery from addiction, are welcome at our group.
