As a Recovery Coach I help clients move along the continuum from illness to wellness , so that they can achieve their desired future within a culture of sustainable recovery.

I also equip individuals by challenging and guiding their thought process in a positive direction towards healthy, life-affirming decisions along with acceptance of personal responsibility.

Where counselling often deals with the past in order to heal emotional pain, coaching helps guide current and future behaviour through challenging, future-focused brilliant conversations and accountability.

  • Learn about the physiological and neurological elements of substance and behavioural abuse disorders, and what the major causes of addiction are.
  • Understand and challenge faulty, habitual thought patterns and behaviours, and how to replace them with improved ways of dealing with potentially difficult and stressful situations.
  • Establish realistic, personal boundaries to build strong, interdependent relationships in their personal and professional life.
  • Find the answers to their personal truth and live an empowered, authentic life.
  • To achieve a balanced, holistic approach and flow to long-term recovery and wellness.
  • Create a safe space to explore possibilities and the availability of personal, professional and community resources to aid sustained recovery.
